The prints are carefully rolled in tissue paper and inserted into a sturdy mailing tube. Multiple prints can share a tube and save on shipping costs. Prints will be mailed out within 2 days of payment. Shipping quotes below are for the "Small Packet Air" service (Canada, USA and International) with Canada Post, and have standard delivery times of 4-10 business days but can take more or less time depending on destination. This shipping service does not include tracking.
Refunds are only offered if you have received an incorrect print or if the print you received was mis-represented in the original listing (ie. size, paper type etc).
If for some reason you would like an exchange, you can do so up to 5 days after you have received your item. Please note that shipping costs are 100% non refundable. You will also need to re-package the print(s) so that they arrive back in their original condition and cover any additional shipping costs for your replacement order. Exchanges on custom orders are unfortunately not offered at this time.
